Are your cartridges genuine OEM?
Yes. We only supply genuine OEM printer cartridges. We do not supply compatible, generic or refilled printer cartridges.
What does OEM stand for?
Original Equipment Manufacturer.
Does toner have an expiry date?
No. Toner is a powder and does not have an expiry date.
Can I use a colour cartridge in a black & white printer?
No. Monochrome printers are designed to use black toner only. If you want to print in colour, you will need to use a colour printer.
Do you take orders over the phone?

Can you provide a VAT invoice?
Yes. We are VAT registered and can provide a VAT invoice.

Which countries do you deliver to in Europe?

How long will it take for my delivery to arrive?
UK Mainland: 1-3 days although 95% of orders are delivered next day.
I have received a faulty cartridge. How do I claim a replacement or refund?
Complete the Returns Request Form and we will issue a full refund or replacement.
I have ordered the wrong cartridge. What should I do?
Complete the Returns Request Form and we will arrange to collect the cartridge and issue a full refund or replacement.
I have received my cartridge but I’m not sure if it’s the right one. What should I do?
Some cartridges fit several models of printer and can have various different names. If you are unsure, please contact us to check before attempting to use the product as we cannot offer an exchange if the product has been tampered with.
